What you'll do

• Process and audit weekly payroll for up to 1,000 employees across five company codes
• make payroll adjustments and corrections
• generate earnings, tax, and deduction reports
• ensure ADP general ledger interfaces and uploads are accurate
• respond to payroll inquiries
• register with jurisdictions for tax compliance
• handle ADP payroll invoices and system changes
• complete year-end tasks and special runs
• troubleshoot time clocks
• support audits, budgeting, reconciliations, general ledger entries, and HR.
