Job overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Knox County role is onsite in Cushing, ME, providing in-home support to adults and seniors. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience, certification, and availability. MaineTouch provides in-home support and personal care services. The CNA delivers direct care and basic health support under each client’s approved care plan, helping clients with daily needs while promoting comfort, safety, and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene
• support transfers, ambulation, and safe use of assistive devices
• measure and document vital signs and basic health observations as directed
• assist with care-related housekeeping, laundry, linens, meal preparation, and feeding
• provide companionship and emotional support
• report changes in condition and safety concerns
• document care
• follow infection control, safety, confidentiality, and emergency procedures
• work within CNA scope and the care plan.
