What you'll do

• Read ledgers and file accounting documents
• review financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• support accounts payable
• set up and maintain vendor payable accounts
• assist with monthly accounts payable close and accruals
• monitor petty cash and provide receipts for coding
• collect vendor W-9 forms and certificates of insurance
• review invoices for accuracy and duplicate payments
• process vendor invoices and client billing statements
• monitor accounts receivable and initiate collections when necessary
• identify accounting discrepancies
• handle client inquiries.
