• hold daily staff huddles and conduct daily rounds
• communicate issues and decisions to nursing managers and the Chief Nursing Officer
• assess emergencies and implement plans
• manage bed and staff assignments
• support patient care, documentation, infection control, equipment, and supply readiness.

Why this role
