The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Dripping Springs, TX. Compensation is $16.50–$18.50 per hour, based on experience. The Learning Experience’s childcare team supports early childhood development and learning. The teacher provides a safe, nurturing classroom and guides preschoolers through play and learning activities. The role supports children’s developmental milestones and builds communication with families and co-teachers about children’s experiences and progress.

What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom for children ages 3–5
• follow a daily schedule of play and learning activities
• build relationships with children, families, and co-teachers
• communicate with parents about daily experiences, growth, and milestones
• comply with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies.

Why this role
