The Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant role is in-person in Southfield, Michigan, with an 8-hour shift from 3 PM to 11 PM and pay of $17–$20 per hour. No Place Like Home Health provides in-home support to clients. The role supports clients’ safety, comfort, and well-being by assisting with personal care and daily activities, observing and reporting health changes, and documenting care in accordance with protocols.
What you'll do
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- observe vital signs and report changes
- provide medication reminders and assist with administration under proper protocols
- support safe transfers and use of mobility aids
- document care in electronic health records while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- observe and report changes related to dementia or Alzheimer’s care.
