What you'll do

• Work with the Agronomy department to classify tobacco leaves
• open and feel leaves to assess texture, stretch, oil content, and condition
• identify visible defects
• separate leaves according to quality standards and department direction
• handle leaves carefully
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• follow safety procedures and company policies.
