What you'll do

• Provide bedside wound management in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
• conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities
• visit two to three facilities per day and treat approximately 20–30 patients per day
• document care at the point of care in the wound-specific EMR
• complete onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship. The role requires a minimum commitment of three weekdays per week
• no nights, on-call, or weekend clinical responsibilities.
