Lead Certified Medical Assistant

The Lead Certified Medical Assistant is an onsite role at an assigned clinic in Salisbury, NC. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Support patient flow by reviewing schedules, greeting and escorting patients, obtaining health histories and vital signs, and performing screenings as assigned
• maintain accurate EHR documentation
• assist with patient follow-up and health education as directed
• prepare rooms and assist providers with procedures
• maintain equipment and supplies
• support vaccine records and inventory
• train and onboard new employees
• uphold confidentiality and infection-control requirements
• assist with clinic huddles and clinical concerns in the Director of Clinical Services’ absence, excluding triage.
