What you'll do

• Work cooperatively with kitchen, serving, and management teams
• maintain a clean environment
• wash, rinse, dry, stack, and put away dishes
• pre-bus dishes and glassware as needed
• follow safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures
• handle and store cleaning chemicals safely
• perform light janitorial and maintenance duties as assigned.
