Facilities Maintenance Worker

What you'll do

• Inspect facilities and respond to maintenance issues
• assist technicians and housekeeping staff and oversee vendor work for quality and completeness
• clear snow and ice
• repair or replace tiles, screens, windows, and plumbing fixtures
• troubleshoot and maintain electrical equipment
• care for lawns and shrubs
• perform carpentry, drywall repair, and painting
• clean floors, windows, carpets, and work areas
• maintain tools and vehicles.
