What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests, explain promotions and trade-in programs, recommend products, process purchases and returns, answer calls, maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, complete omnichannel orders, control inventory and prevent loss, reconcile daily transactions and deposits, report shipment discrepancies, follow opening and closing procedures, and delegate tasks to Sales Associates when management is absent.
