What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, air handlers, thermostats, zoning controls, and indoor air quality components. Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, ignition, venting, and control issues
• verify system performance
• explain problems, solutions, pricing, and expectations to homeowners
• document work
• maintain tools and vehicle
• and follow safety procedures, EPA guidelines, and Maryland licensing requirements.
