Warehouse Associate

Job overview

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with compensation of $20–$22 per hour. Intermix Beverage distributes specialty products and supports customers in the specialty coffee industry. The role ensures customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately while keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient. It also supports inventory handling, returns, safety, and other departments as needed.

What you'll do

• Receive, pick, fulfill, ship, restock, and rotate inventory
• assist with cycle counts and report low stock
• check product expiration
• process returns according to policy and document damaged or expired items
• follow procedures to maintain productivity and accuracy
• use warehouse equipment safely
• maintain warehouse and grounds
• remove snow from specified areas
• assist other departments as needed.
