What you'll do

• Maintain patient documentation in electronic health records
• collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams on care plans
• educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, lifestyle changes, and post-discharge care
• complete preauthorization for tests and procedures
• occasionally administer medications, IV therapies, and cardiac treatments per physician orders.

Why this role
