What you'll do

• Inspect and test equipment and machinery
• plan and schedule maintenance repairs
• maintain electrical systems, including replacing bulbs and sockets and cleaning or repairing circuit breaker panels
• perform routine building maintenance
• develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures
• perform landscaping, painting, and carpentry
• maintain equipment and supply inventory records.
