What you'll do

• Provide basic patient care under staff RN/LPN supervision, including hygiene, nutrition, intake and output, and vital-sign monitoring.
• Observe and report changes, maintain supplies and equipment, assist patients and families, support care providers, perform patient rounding, and help implement fall-prevention precautions.

Why this role
