What you'll do

• review and maintain order information
• coordinate specifications, schedules, priorities, and completion dates with production and operations
• coordinate deliveries with shipping and warehouse personnel
• investigate service and billing issues
• support invoice review, accounts receivable follow-up, and account reconciliation
• maintain customer records, spreadsheets, and reports.
