What you'll do

• Oversee compliance during initial lease-up or takeover phases
• process tenant verifications and compliance paperwork
• review lease-up files for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility
• establish quality-assurance reviews
• upload approved files to designated systems
• respond to audit findings and implement corrective action plans.
