What you'll do

  • Review engineering plans
  • perform quantity take-offs
  • assist with project monitoring, scheduling, computer modeling, and progress reports
  • collaborate with engineers, drafters, and support staff
  • assist with drawings, calculations, and cost estimates under close supervision
  • apply relevant codes and standards
  • attend site visits or inspections.
