What you'll do

• Construct scenarios involving regulatory compliance programs, agency investigations, and enforcement actions
• develop tasks across financial services, healthcare and FDA, antitrust, privacy and cybersecurity, and environmental and energy regulation
• create scenarios using regulatory and agency filing tools
• produce compliance memoranda, regulatory filings, and enforcement response documents
• author rubrics that assess regulatory judgment.
