What you'll do

• Respond to referrals and family inquiries
• verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• coordinate tours, assessments, and appointments
• obtain insurance authorizations
• communicate with families throughout intake
• manage referrals across ABA, speech therapy, and occupational therapy
• track referral and access KPIs
• partner with clinical and operational teams to resolve barriers to service access.

Why this role

Healthcare intake, insurance verification, authorizations, or patient access experience is required. Commercial insurance knowledge is required; Lumary or similar EMR experience is preferred. ABA, pediatric therapy, or behavioral healthcare experience is strongly preferred. The role supports multiple Texas locations.
