The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist is a remote role based in Jackson, MS, with a pay rate of $60–$65 per hour. This four-to-six month assignment supports GCG's corporate recruiting team by managing high-volume hiring needs for warehousing and assembly facilities. This role exists to ensure a high-quality recruiting process by partnering with hiring managers to attract and screen candidates. The specialist manages the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer support, to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline in a fast-paced industrial environment.
