What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living as authorized by care plans
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with mobility, transfers, meals, and light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders only as authorized
• accompany or transport clients when assigned and approved
• observe and report changes in condition
• complete care notes and other records
• protect client confidentiality
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• attend required training.
