The Mechanical Sheet Metal Fabricator — Ductwork role is onsite in Tampa Bay, FL, with pay of $35–$40 per hour based on experience. The role combines blueprint interpretation, machine operation, welding, quality checks, and coordination with engineers and project managers.

What you'll do

• Fabricate sheet metal components using shears, brakes, rollers, and forming equipment
• interpret blueprints and technical schematics
• operate CNC and manual machinery, including punch presses and lasers
• perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• verify tolerances with precision instruments
• follow OSHA and PPE safety protocols
• collaborate to troubleshoot fabrication issues and improve shop efficiency.
