Commercial Branch Manager Trainee

Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 per year. The Commercial Branch Manager Trainee is an onsite role based in Framingham, MA. , though the role supports the Orkin Division Leadership team in driving business growth and operational excellence. This position serves as a leadership development opportunity where the incumbent will master branch operations, team management, and strategic planning. The role exists to cultivate high-performing teams and ensure the delivery of superior pest management services to commercial clients.

What you'll do

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and holding sales and service teams accountable for daily activities and achieving results
• Provide inspirational leadership in delivering customer retention results
• Mentor and develop team members through field evaluations, and coaching and training opportunities
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and strategically invest in growth with balancing expense margins
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
• Recruit, select and train all sales, service and customer service staff.
