Cleaning and Restoration Technician

The Cleaning and Restoration Technician role is an onsite position in Greenville, NC. Compensation is $16–$24 per hour. Voda Cleaning & Restoration provides cleaning and restoration services for homes and businesses, including carpet and floor cleaning, water and storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, and odor removal. The technician delivers cleaning and restoration services and completes the related documentation, work orders, and customer communications. The role supports customer retention by fulfilling service commitments effectively and maintaining equipment, vehicles, tools, and supplies.

What you'll do

• Perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration services
• complete service documentation, authorizations, work orders, and daily logs
• communicate with customers
• maintain equipment and vehicles
• inspect completed work
• maintain tools, materials, supplies, and inventory
• learn to use industry equipment and technology.
