Maintenance Technician — Central Plant

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain boilers, air compressors, water treatment systems, and other central plant equipment
• perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• monitor and record equipment data and respond to alarms
• troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, valves, and controls
• maintain maintenance, inspection, repair, and parts records
• assist with energy conservation
• respond to emergency calls for equipment failures
• collaborate with building engineers, contractors, and management on upgrades, renovations, and capital projects
• follow safety and regulatory requirements.
