What you'll do

• Lead by example on the sales floor and work toward sales goals
• recruit, train, schedule, and motivate retail associates
• oversee opening and closing, cash handling, cleanliness, and daily operations
• monitor inventory, receive shipments, and maintain accurate records
• educate customers about products and the conservation mission
• maintain displays and seasonal merchandising
• identify solutions and opportunities to improve sales and operations.
