By coordinating stakeholders and improving integration, validation, testing, and monitoring processes, the role helps reduce duplicate data entry and enables provider case managers to spend more time serving clients.

What you'll do

• Develop technical documentation, data dictionaries, and mapping templates for API data ingestion. Analyze API security permissions
• support stakeholder communications and onboarding materials
• guide providers in data mapping
• oversee testing and secure live-data pilots
• define data validation criteria
• troubleshoot integration errors
• build monitoring dashboards
• and recommend operational improvements.
