What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle estimating for underground water and wastewater projects
• review plans, specifications, addenda, and contracts
• define scope, assumptions, risks, and bid requirements
• prepare takeoffs, production rates, crew and equipment plans, pricing, and markups
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• participate in bid reviews and sign-off
• assess jobsites and bid walks
• coordinate with operations and equipment teams
• maintain estimating data and tools
• mentor estimators
• ensure work reflects safety and environmental standards.
