Director of Facility Operations

The role oversees staff, vendors, records digitization, office relocation and reconfiguration projects, and day-to-day operations while coordinating with departments across the organization.

What you'll do

• Supervise the Records Department, Mailroom, and assigned operational functions
• lead document scanning and records digitization
• oversee records retention, security, quality control, and procedures
• manage mail operations and vendors
• oversee facility operations, office moves, repairs, maintenance, and business continuity
• manage vendor scopes, schedules, budgets, invoices, and performance
• maintain project plans, risk registers, action logs, and status reports.
