Hardware Operator, First or Second Shift

What you'll do

• Operate hardware presses to install clinch fasteners in sheet-metal components
• configure and adjust bowl feeders
• interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• inspect installations for dimensional and mechanical requirements
• report nonconformance
• set up, adjust, maintain, and troubleshoot machines
• keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• and assist with fabrication and assembly as assigned.

Why this role

No minimum experience or education is required; experience with hardware insertion equipment is preferred. First shift is Monday–Thursday, 4:45 a.m.–3:15 p.m.; second shift is Monday–Thursday, 3:15 p.m.–1:45 a.m. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
