What you'll do

• Implement and document preventive maintenance programs
• supervise and train maintenance and housekeeping staff
• maintain interior and exterior areas, including apartments, offices, and grounds
• prepare apartments for move-ins
• maintain and repair equipment and manage fire safety and emergency systems
• inspect apartments for hazards and perform janitorial tasks as needed
• transport residents in company vehicles and respond to emergencies as required.
