System Administrator I

The System Administrator I is an onsite role based in Hanover, MD. Compensation is $110,000 - $150,000 per year. This role supports the Vibrint team by managing IT system infrastructure and providing technical support. The role exists to support mission-critical systems and data harvesting. The administrator contributes to the team by troubleshooting hardware and software, managing system operations, and ensuring reliability and performance.

What you'll do

• Provide support for implementation and maintenance of IT systems, manage daily activities of configuration, provide assistance to users, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem resolution, optimize system operations, configure Linux/Unix/Windows systems, support design of systems.
