What you'll do

• Lead design and development of Java and Python microservices, shared libraries, cloud-native Azure applications, reusable reporting and dashboard capabilities, semantic and metric layers, and Kafka/Flink event-driven integrations. Define technical designs and data contracts
• partner with frontend, product, UX, and customer success
• maintain automated tests
• improve monitoring, resilience, and operational maturity
• review code
• mentor engineers
• and guide multi-quarter technical roadmaps.
