The Program Manager works onsite in Ann Arbor, MI. The annual salary range is $55,000–$62,000. The Shelter Association of Washtenaw County’s mission is ending homelessness, one person at a time, and it serves people through emergency shelter and related programs. The role supervises program staff and coordinates services across Shelter Diversion, Housing Crisis and Mental Health Services, and Community Health. In partnership with the Program Director, the manager supports quality client services, strong community and health-system partnerships, and program outcomes aligned with the agency’s mission.

What you'll do

• Supervise program coordinators, case managers, and other team members
• oversee Shelter Diversion, Housing Crisis and Mental Health Services, and Community Health
• support staff in crisis situations
• monitor program outputs and effectiveness
• hire, onboard, and develop staff
• ensure services meet quality, budget, program-plan, and funder requirements
• build community and health-system partnerships
• support data entry, payroll reviews, scheduling, front desk coverage, and meal-room monitoring as needed
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule and work assigned evenings, weekends, and holidays.
