What you'll do

• Investigate, identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues
• support data-collection hardware integrations with Dynamics AX, NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, and JDE
• configure mobile computers, scanners, label printers, and Telnet software
• assist with printer installations as needed
• create knowledge-base articles
• and document fixes for lower-tier support teams.
