The Cook role is onsite at The Summit Building in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. Restaurant Associates provides dining and event catering for museums, performing arts centers, and corporations. The cook prepares food to established recipes and service standards, maintains food safety and kitchen cleanliness, and supports production and service schedules. The role contributes to consistent food quality and safe, timely meal service.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and schedules
• portion and serve meals at appropriate temperatures
• maintain service records
• clean kitchen and storage areas
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs and safety issues
• follow HACCP and company safety procedures.
