Concierge – Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM–8 PM

What you'll do

• Welcome visitors, manage sign-ins, and notify residents of arrivals
• provide general information and refer prospective residents to marketing
• answer and direct calls
• receive and distribute mail and packages
• assist with statements, invoice entry, accounts payable coding, event reservations, and mailings
• maintain supplies, rosters, and documentation
• respond to emergencies and assist with tours when staff are unavailable.
