What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, operational, administrative, and leadership roles
• partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruiting strategies
• source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates
• manage onboarding and orientation
• maintain employee records and HR documentation
• support employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and employee development
• assist with benefits administration and leave management
• support employment-law and policy compliance
• track recruiting and HR metrics
• assist with HR policies and procedures
• support workforce planning and retention initiatives.
