What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 5–6 open go-to-market roles at a time
• source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, communities, events, and AI-assisted tools
• conduct Zoom screens and provide decision-ready feedback
• partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and run interview loops in Greenhouse
• manage offers and closing
• maintain accurate Greenhouse funnel data
• deliver a fast, transparent, human candidate experience.
