What you'll do

• Follow sanitation, safety, standard operating, and HACCP procedures
• complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties
• break carcasses and cut and trim meat into specified cuts
• clean coolers and production rooms
• sanitize equipment and food-contact surfaces
• assist with delegated corrective actions and other departments, including meat packaging and box building.
