Per Diem Family Medicine Physician is an onsite, casual hourly role serving One Medical clinics in the Chicago suburbs, including Deerfield, Skokie–Old Orchard, and Oak Brook Promenade. The rate is $120 per hour. One Medical's primary-care mission is to make quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. The physician provides acute, chronic, and preventive care to patients across clinic locations, with occasional telehealth visits. The role supports patient access and continuity through evidence-based care, collaboration with in-office and virtual teams, and use of clinical training and in-office procedures.

What you'll do

• See patients with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
• provide in-office care and occasional telehealth visits
• collaborate with clinic teammates and virtual clinical teams
• use clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate
• obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states as needed.

Why this role

Casual per-diem clinician role with 8–16 patient-care hours per week. Requires at least two years of primary-care experience, Illinois licensure or ability to obtain it, and board certification in Family Medicine or MedPeds. Saturday shifts are available at the Skokie–Old Orchard clinic.
