What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and evaluate lien-resolution specialists
• assign files and manage workload
• review files and develop negotiation skills
• track reduction rates, savings, aging, and settlement-to-disbursement time
• negotiate complex or escalated liens
• direct resolution of statutory and plan liens
• negotiate provider balances
• advise attorneys on lien exposure
• ensure accurate client closing statements and prompt disbursement
• improve workflows and maintain trust-accounting, Florida Bar, and firm documentation compliance.
