What you'll do

• Respond to emergency calls for hospice patients during on-call shifts
• provide direct nursing care and clinical assessments, including symptom management, pain relief, and end-of-life care
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on personalized care plans
• educate patients and families about comfort measures, medications, and end-of-life procedures
• document interactions and care accurately and promptly
• follow hospice policies, regulations, and industry standards.
