What you'll do
- Continuously monitor pool areas
- respond to emergencies according to American Red Cross standards
- administer CPR, first aid, and water rescues as required
- enforce facility policies and safety rules
- document incidents
- record pool chemical readings and report irregularities
- complete task logs and cleaning
- record usage and attendance
- assist with or teach swim lessons as assigned
- attend in-service training.
