What you'll do

• Lead daily maintenance operations for equipment, facilities, and utilities. Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Plan and coordinate work assignments, shutdowns, and repair schedules. Supervise and coach maintenance personnel. Monitor equipment performance, metrics, and work orders. Coordinate inventory, spare parts, contractors, and service providers. Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, EHS, and continuous improvement teams
• support capital projects and maintain maintenance records.
