What you'll do

• Set daily schedules, prioritize work, and delegate assignments
• mentor technicians
• oversee repairs to robotics, material-handling equipment, and building infrastructure
• work with engineering teams to troubleshoot hardware-software mismatches
• ensure work orders, parts usage, and time are logged
• develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs
• manage parts and tool inventory
• enforce safety procedures and OSHA codes
• train technicians to interpret technical documentation.
