What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility according to their Plans of Care
• support meals, hydration, companionship, and social engagement
• monitor and report vital signs, skin conditions, and behavioral or physical changes
• help create a welcoming, home-like environment.
